01 — What we provide

Care at home, for every need

Every service below is available on 12-hour or 24-hour shifts, short term after a discharge or long term for a bedridden or elderly patient.

  • Home nursing care

Trained nurses for injections, IV, wound dressing, catheter and Ryle's tube care, vitals monitoring and medicines on time.

  • Patient caretakers & ward boys

Attendants and ayahs for bedridden patients — bathing, diaper changing, feeding, position change, mobility and hospital attending.

  • Old age care at home

Daily living support and companionship for seniors living alone or with the family — with respect, patience and a familiar routine.

  • Post-hospitalisation care

Recovery support after surgery, stroke, fracture or a long admission, so the family is not managing it alone at home.

  • Baby care

Experienced ayahs for newborn and mother care, and for looking after small children while the family is at work.

  • Cooking & maid services

Reliable cooks and house help — including simple diet-appropriate cooking for patients and elders.

  • Doctor consultation

Online and telephone consultation with doctors, arranged when you need an opinion without moving the patient.

  • Physiotherapy at home

Home visits by physiotherapists for stroke, orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation.

  • Dietitian consultation

Diet plans for diabetes, kidney, cardiac and recovery patients, over phone or online, 24/7.

02 — When families call us

The moments care is needed most

If any of these is your situation right now, one phone call is enough to start.

  • Patient coming home after a hospital discharge

    Just discharged

After surgery, stroke or a long admission — dressings, medicines and movement handled at home.

  • Elderly parents at home

    Parents living alone

Children at work or abroad, and an elder who needs company, meals and someone watching the day.

  • Caretaker attending to a bedridden patient

    Bedridden, long term

Paralysis, dementia or old-age frailty — bathing, feeding, position change and hygiene, every day.

  • Newborn baby and mother at home

    A new baby at home

Experienced ayahs for newborn and mother care, and for children while the family is at work.

03 — Our speciality

An ICU set up inside your own home

For patients who would otherwise stay weeks in hospital, we install the required equipment at home and run the room under an ICU-trained doctor with experienced nurses on rotation — the same monitoring, at a fraction of the hospital bill, with family beside the patient.

  • Bed, oxygen, monitor and suction arranged and installed by us
  • Ventilator, tracheostomy and Ryle's tube patients handled
  • Doctor supervision, nurse shifts and daily reporting to the family

04 — On rent

  • Hospital patient bed
  • Oxygen cylinder
  • Oxygen concentrator
  • CPAP machine
  • BiPAP machine
  • Air mattress
  • Multi-parameter monitor
  • Wheelchair & walker
  • Suction machine
  • Nebuliser, and more — ask us

05 — How it works

One call, and care begins

Start with a call
  1. You call or WhatsApp

Tell us the patient's condition, the shift you need and where you live in Hyderabad.

  2. We assess the requirement

A nurse or attendant, male or female, 12 hr or 24 hr — plus any equipment needed. Charges are told upfront.

  3. Staff reaches your home

Usually the same day. We introduce the staff, explain the duties and hand over our number for anything urgent.

  4. We stay in touch

Regular follow-up, and replacement of staff if you are not satisfied. Long-term cases are reviewed with the family.

We also guide you through the medical system

Families come to us confused about where to go and what it will cost. That advice is free — we only ask that you call before you commit to something expensive.

Discussing the care plan with a family
  • Hospitals for treatment & surgery

We tell you which hospitals in Hyderabad do the procedure well at a lower cost.

  • Specialist doctors

References to experienced specialists for the patient's specific condition.

  • Rehabilitation centres & old age homes

Details of rehab centres and old age homes in the city, if home care is not workable.

  • Health insurance

Don't have a health card yet? We help families take Star Health Insurance cover. (Authorised agent · terms as per the insurer.)

Questions families ask us

What does a caretaker cost?

It depends on the patient's condition, whether you need a 12-hour or 24-hour shift, and whether a nurse or an attendant is required. We quote the exact amount on the phone before anyone is sent — there are no hidden charges added later.

How soon can someone come?

In most parts of Hyderabad we can place staff the same day, and for discharges we prefer a day's notice so the right person is assigned. Equipment is usually delivered within a few hours.

Can we ask for a female attendant?

Yes. Both male and female staff are available, and for elderly women and baby care most families prefer a female attendant. Tell us your preference when you call.

What if we are not comfortable with the staff sent?

Call us and we will replace the person. The care only works if the family trusts whoever is in the house, so we would rather change the staff than have you adjust.

Do you handle bedridden and ventilator patients?

Yes — bedridden, tracheostomy, Ryle's tube, catheter and ventilator-dependent patients are cared for at home, with the equipment installed and nurses trained for that level of care.

We live abroad. Can you look after our parents?

We work with many families whose children are outside India. We coordinate the caretaker, hospital visits and equipment, and update you directly on WhatsApp.
